I grew up in central New York, working at various jobs as a manufacturing engineer and manager at Welch Allyn.  He attended college at Clarkson and Oswego State and Redlands U. earning a BS in Electronics and a MBA.

I was in the Navy and worked as an  Electronics Tech. software programer working 
with computer airborn simulators.
